friendly staffclassy feel
The location was perfect, right by the fish market (i love seafood!). also, the hotel was very clean with a classy feel to it. staff were friendly. They looked for opportunities to assist. i enjoyed being a short walk from most attractions within the city.

the hotel location near the rialto bridge was acceptable. it was tucked away in a quiet area beside the grand canal.
i found some areas pretty small. access to the room presented some difficulties as well.

The staff were helpful, particularly Paulo and Nasim. Breakfast included many choices and attentive service. A lady made delicious cappuccino. My room faced the canal and provided a great view.
