friendly staff classy feel
The location was perfect, right by the fish market (i love seafood!). also, the hotel was very clean with a classy feel to it. staff were friendly. They looked for opportunities to assist. i enjoyed being a short walk from most attractions within the city.
the elevator felt pretty small to me.

small elevator difficult access
the hotel location near the rialto bridge was acceptable. it was tucked away in a quiet area beside the grand canal.
i found some areas pretty small. the elevator was a little uncomfortable. access to the room presented some difficulties as well.
